Miss Roanoke Valley Princesses enjoy tea

The Miss Roanoke Valley Princess Program hosted a tea party on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Petticoats and Petit Fours Tea Room in Salem. Girls, ages 6-10, spent the afternoon with Miss Teen Roanoke Valley Emily Wood and Miss Roanoke Valley Madison VanDuyne. We have a gallery of pictures by Erin Millar of the girls enjoying the occasion.

The princesses all will receive crowns at the Miss Roanoke Valley Pageant, which will take place at Cave Spring High School in Roanoke County on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 7 p.m. Then one of the girls will be named Little Miss Roanoke Valley. Also next weekend is the Miss Teen and Preteen Roanoke Valley event on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. That also takes place at Cave Spring High School.
