Photos of Salem people (and dogs) at Howl-O-Ween
The Roanoke Valley SPCA held its Howl-O-Ween event over the weekend and our paparazzi photo crew was there. So, too, were a lot of people from Salem -- and their dogs.
At left that's Devin Chappell and Emalee Burnette of Salem along with Tori the dog.
