Sherwood Memorial Park to hold Veteran's Day ceremony Saturday
Sherwood Memorial Park will hold a special Veteran's Day Ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. which will include special balloons released for each registered veteran, and guest speakers including Salem's mayor Randy Foley and Richard Winstead Commander of American Legion Post 3.
The DAV Honor Guard of the Roanoke Valley will present colors, and music will be provided by bagpiper K.P. Waterman and the Fort Lewis Elementary School Choir.
