The case against a Roanoke man accused of killing another man by hitting him with a Jeep in a Salem parking lot will proceed to the grand jury, a judge ruled today.
Shaun Wallace Scott is accused of killing Zane Andrew Blankenship, 23, in October. Police have said Scott and Blankenship argued outside Awful Arthur's Seafood Co. on West Main Street in Salem.
