Relay for Life in Roanoke begins tonight
In year's past Roanoke and Salem have operated a joint Relay for Life, an American Cancer Society fundraiser, but for the first time this year the events will be held on different days.
Roanoke's will be held May 30 and 31 at Green Hill Park. The event will begin at 7 p.m. and end Saturday at 10 a.m.
