Cave Spring Rescue Squad Auxialiary wins first place in state competition

Members of the Cave Spring Rescue Squad Auxiliary attended the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squad Association Convention held Septmber 24th through September 28th in Virginia Beach. Their scrapbook won First Place in the state competition and they were also recognized as the Virginia Rescue Squad Auxiliary of the Year for their service to the Cave Spring Rescue Squad and the community.
Patsy Wingfield was elected as the Treasurer of the Auxiliary to the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads, Vickie Arnold is serving as the South Central District Vice-President and Sharon Campbell is the Convention Chair for the 2009 Convention which will also be held in Virginia Beach.
