Cave Spring Cheerleaders take 2nd place at River Ridge Competition
We previously reported that Hidden Valley High School took first place in the River Ridge District Cheer competitions at Salem High School on October 25.
Now we can report that Cave Spring placed second.
The regional competition is at Abingdon HS at 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1.

I think it is unfair that the title of this post is Cave Spring Cheerleaders take 2nd place at River Ridge Competition when HVHS took first place and is also a Southwest Roanoke County School. These girls work too hard to be slighted in this manner. I am proud of both squads as they obviously both did an amazing job...so why the title????????
