Election Day is now less than a week away. Here are a few things you might like to know:

What's Roanoke County's election history? We have a nifty map that shows how every county and city in the state has voted since 1980. Click this link and then hit "Explore" to get the map. (It was part of a bigger package The Roanoke Times put together on Appalachian voters.) We have other election info in our Datasphere.
We've had several people send in photos of Southwest Roanoke County people at the Sarah Palin rally. The most recent post -- with links to the others -- is here. We never got any of Swoco people at the Barack Obama rally in Roanoke. If you have photos of Southwest Roanoke County people at either, we're happy to show 'em off. You can share at news@sosalem.com
