Donate in memory or honor of a loved one and help Good Samaritan Hospice services
Good Samaritan Hospice services is once again selling their "Love Light" to be put on their Love Light Trees around the community. Here is some more information from the hospice:
For each donation made in memory or honor of a loved one, a “Love Light” displaying his/her name will be placed on our trees. The Love Light Trees are on display at Tanglewood and New River Valley Malls throughout the holidays.
Donation Levels:
$10 - “Love Light” on tree at selected mall
$25 - “Love Light” on tree & porcelain ornament sent to you or the person of your choice.
Your contribution will directly support Good Samaritan Hospice services provided to terminally ill patients and their families in Roanoke & New River Valleys and Smith Mountain Lake. Under IRS guidelines, your “Love Light” donation is fully tax deductible. Your tax-deductible contribution for an ornament (s) is the amount of the donation minus $6.50/ornament.
