You may recall that in September, Normandie Essig, a fifth-grader at North Cross School, was crowned as Little Miss Roanoke Valley. If you missed it, here's one link to our coverage of the pageant along with another with even more photos.
The Little Miss pageant is part of the Miss Roanoke Valley pageant, which was held at Cave Spring High School.
Well, anyway, flash forward to December, and here are photos of Normandie performing her Little Miss duties. That's her on the left, riding in the Vinton Christmas Parade last week with Catherine Turner, Miss Pre-Teen Roanoke Valley.
