Photos from South Roanoke County Softball Opening Day
South Roanoke County Softball had the annual opening day festivities on April 25. Former WDBJ-TV Sports Director Mike Stevens was the MC. Many hundreds attended the event that was held during picture-perfect weather.
All the kids ran out onto the field and each team was announced during the opening ceremony.
A total of 415 girls on 35 teams had signed up with more expected.
