"I thought your readers could use a laugh. I saw this on the way to work on Route 220 about 5 miles south of Roanoke and laughed so hard I almost wrecked the car.
"This is a true picture taken with my iphone and not 'photoshopped.'
"Yes, it is a pack of goats on a billboard."
