Did your pet know the earthquake was coming?
We have more on Saturday's earthquake.
Over on Matt Chittum's Datablog (part of our Datasphere site of searchable data), he's got a link to a cool map from the U.S. Geological Survey which tracks where reports of the earthquake came in from -- which indirectly helps plot the epicenter.
And over on the Happy Wag pet blog, there's the age-old question: Did your pet sense the earthquake before it happened? At least one pet owner says yes. A poster named Debi says: "My daughter lives within a mile of the epicenter and was up getting ready for work. She says her cat was wild, pacing, meowing right before it hit, then after the quake, she was really strange. She was hissing at the soapy water as it went down the shower drain."
So, what do you think? And whose backyard was the epicenter actually in anyway? If it's yours, we'd love to hear from you! You can leave comments below or email us at news@swo-co.com
