Especially since we have a great new home listed for sale at 3521 Penn Forest Blvd. In any event, I am very skeptical about the potential 'success' of this roundabout. I am concerned that the area that the county chose to do their first roundabout is one of the heaviest traveled, non-traffic light intersections in SW County. While I appreciate the idea, I moved from Fort Wayne, IN, where they decided to put their 'first' one in front of a movie theater and it lasted about 2 months before they decided to tear it out and go back to a 4-way stop...
