Destructive tornadoes strike Southeast Virginia

Storm chaser films tornado at Suffolk

Reports are still coming in, but tornadoes have struck Southeast Virginia this afternoon with injuries and destruction. This was caused by the same cold front that pushed in all the heavy rain here, but hit more warmth and wind shear to our east.

  1. That was really a big outbreak in that area I guess... Lots of establishments and houses are ruined by those tornadoes... I wonder how would be the tornadoes by May.
