A cool July reaches the finish line

Due to some weather data issues and other problems, I've scrapped what was on this blog entry altogether and recapped July on a later entry that can be found by clicking here.

  1. Someone asked me about the hottest Julys on record. Here is a link to that and a large number of other historical superlatives for Roanoke, Blacksburg, Lynchburg, Danville and Bluefield, WVa. from the National Weather Service in Blacksburg.
