The Wild Life, with Mark Taylor

Franklin County produces for Terry Dameron

Terry Dameron (right) shot this great gobbler in Franklin County as his brother-in-law Neil Brooks shot video. The turkey was almost a clone of Brooks' bird posted below, weighing 18 pounds and with an 11-inch beard and 1.25-inch spurs. The kill was made between 8 and 8:30 a.m., and the bird covered a lot of ground to investigate the hunters' calls.

  3. Terry Great bird!

    Mark

Is it possible to make a snippet their video available to their achievement?

--I'd be happy to post a link if they want to upload the video to a site like YouTube. mt

  4. I will upload a couple of videos to youtube and send you the link, we've got three hunts on tape this year. Don't wait to be too impressed it is pretty shaky and blurry at times but we are getting better. I will let you know when I've got them up.

-Thanks, Neil. You need to start using a tripod, if you aren't they're a pain to carry with you, but a world of difference with video quality. mt
