Tomorrow (Feb. 28) is IHOP National Pancake Day. What does that mean for you, exactly?

Well, anyone who visits IHOP will receive a free short stack of Buttermilk pancakes. In return for the free pancakes, guests are asked to consider leaving a donation for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other designated local charities.

Since the first National Pancake Day in 2006, customers have donated nearly 8 million dollars to participating charities. That should make your heart and your belly happy.

I think this is a fun promotion and have taken advantage of it with friends in the past.
