Love the new promotional activity by the Roanoke paper. More giveaways, coupons, better blogging. There are more articles I want to read. Thanks for listening to your readers!

We like to shop Roanoke for a daytrip, especially Christmas shopping destination. Good places to get bargains and wonderful places to eat. Thank you!

I tried leaving a comment on the other blog but it doesn’t seem to be working.

My daughter and I used to go to Lynchburg to shop at Kohls but now that they are in Roanoke too there is no need to do so. We still enjoy going to Lynchburg to go shopping but we don’t go as much without the need to go for Kohls.

For some reason my comment is not showing up on the other post but when I tried reposting it refered to it as a dublicate. Are you guys having some technical problems or am I being censored for not saying “I love shopping in Roanoke” lol.

    • Rebecca Holland | October 4, 2012 at 11:07 am

      Hi Brandi,

Are you getting an error message or does it just not appear right away? If it doesn’t appear instantly it’s because the comments have to be approved first.

  7. Karen Taylor | October 4, 2012 at 1:12 pm

I posted my comment yesterday and it isn’t showing. I just tried posting it again and it says it is a duplicate. I don’t know if my comment from yesterday hasn’t been approved yet???

    • Rebecca Holland | October 4, 2012 at 1:20 pm

If it has been approved the comment should appear. I’ll speak to the team in charge again, thanks for keeping me updated!

  8. Brandi | October 4, 2012 at 1:35 pm

Mine is the same as Karen. I posted yesterday and other’s have shown up but not mine.

  9. RM | October 4, 2012 at 1:47 pm

I just looked again and my comment isn’t there but it will not let me post- same as others, says it is a duplicate comment. There are only 4 comments showing on the blog.

    • Rebecca Holland | October 4, 2012 at 1:51 pm

Our support team is looking into the issue. I’ll post more as soon as I know. Thanks for sticking with it!

Ok everyone: There was a problem with the spam filter that has been corrected. Please give it another try. Good luck, contestants!
