I didn’t get any p&g an I bought 3 papers! I’m pretty bummed
I’m sorry to hear that, Ashley. The advertisers (including Red Plum, Smartsource, and P&G) decide in which zip codes they’d like to have their inserts distributed. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over that.
I bought 5 papers as did my mother, hoping for lots of coupons encluding the P&G, we were VERY disappointed. I think we may stick to just printing what we can online and stop purchasing papers
Sam: I’m sorry to hear that. As I said to Ashley, it’s the advertisers decision on which zip codes they will put their inserts in. We would love for them to choose every zip code, of course, but unfortunately have no control over what they decide. There’s also the issue Ellie has brought up. We try to monitor theft, but it does happen.
If anyone ever sees papers being stolen or the inserts being removed, please call our customer service department at 540-981-3211 or 1-800-346-1234. If you’re prompted to leave a message, include the time of day and location of the paper box.
One Sunday at the Post Office I saw a man put money in the paper machine and he took the coupon sections out of all the papers.
