College Avenue in Salem was rocking on Sunday morning, and it wasn't from the wind-down of late night partygoers. Ice cream and sno-cones were all the rage during post service activities at College Lutheran Church. Their block party attracted a few people from the neighborhood, said Pastor Wynemah Hinlicky, but there will be more outreach for the church in the future. The service (which took place at the beginning of the party) was the first for Pastor William Wiecher since his and Pastor Wynemah Hinlicky's move to Salem.
