Webcast from Glenvar features Liz Trinchere

This week's Varsity Cast -- our weekly high school sports webcast -- was shot at Glenvar High School. There's video of the varsity volleyball team practicing, along with a nice interview with volleyball player Liz Trinchere. She's not the only Glenvar athlete to get attention on the 'cast, though. There are also several mentions of cross country runner Megan Marsico, who starred in this past weekend's Knights Crossing meet. See our Sept. 14 post for more on Marsico and the meet.
