Salem Physical Therapy presents PREhab for softball players
Salem Physical Therapy presents PREhab for Softball Players, designed for female softball players 12-18 yrs old & coaches to educate on injury prevention and performance enhancement.
8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21 in the Glenvar High School Auxiliary Gym. The cost is $30 per player and $15 per coach. Lunch is provided, and the registration deadline is February 4.

Very cool. I think Prehab is a very under utilized service.
Just curious, we have been using SportsMetrics for ACL prevention. Could you share some more information what you use for softball? I imagine there is a upper limb component.
