Pyramid Concert brings voices of fourth through twelfth graders together

Elementary Choir

The Pyramid Concert celebrated March as “Music in Our Schools” month by bringing together fourth through twelfth graders in song.

The High School Concert Choir, Women’s Chorus, Chorale, and Salem Singers each performed two selections.  Andrew Lewis Middle School’s choir was invited to perform three songs. The elementary choir was comprised of 20-25 students from the fourth and fifth grades of each Salem elementary school.

The nearly 100 elementary, 60 ALMS, and 80 high school students, along with accompanist Bill Lininger combined for the grand finale, “The Battle Hymn of the Republic,” dedicated to the Armed Forces that serve our country so graciously.
