Kid’s carnival at Salem Civic Center is still on
Regardless of winter weather, the Kid’s Carnival at the Salem Civic Center this weekend will still be held, according to city spokesman Mike Stevens.

5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan 29
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Jan 30
12 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan 31
