The Spartans were out in full force for the boys and girls River Ridge District basketball games held in their backyard at Roanoke College Friday night, February 18.
The girls lost by one point, 48-47 to Pulaski.
The boys fell 66-47 to Christiansburg.
Regardless of the outcome, the community was there to support the athletes – and it isn’t the end of the season just yet. Both teams will advance to Region IV playoffs.
