The Best of Salem 2012
For the fourth year in a row, we asked readers of So Salem to pick The Best of Salem. The votes poured in; nearly two-thirds more than we got in 2010 and more than nine times the number we got our first year. So there’s a lot more competition. In some cases, we had new winners; in other we had repeat winners. Those who have won two years in a row are noted with a double asterisk (**), those who have won three years in a row get three, and those who have won all four years are identifed with four asterisks.
So without further ado, here’s who you picked as this year’s Best Of . . .

I’m not familiar with the So Salem section, but it is amusing they would chose a politician who does not represent much of Salem (if any, hard to tell on the maps) them.
On the other hand, this may be what makes him best, he is someone else’s problem.
Mac&Bob’s does not have a Happy Hour!!!
Philip — all these winners are ones that readers voted for in our annual online voting, which was open from mid-February to mid-March.

Was Eagles Nest Apts listed as a joke???? Does anyone check these places out??? Was Salem crime reports checked?????
Yay for Wesleyn Preschool! It is the best, for sure.
Where is there a TJ Maxx in Salem?
