It’s election day in Salem
However, all the incumbents for Salem City Council are unopposed.
Nevertheless, the polls are open.
As of 10 a.m., 135 people had voted in Salem for a turnout of 0.82 percent. In four of 10 precincts, the votes are in single digits.
