Law Enforcement Memorial Service is Thursday, May 17 at First Christian Church
The Salem Police Department and other agencies around the Roanoke Valley invite you to the annual Law Enforcement Memorial Service at First Christian Church, 712 Front St., Salem, on Thursday, May 17, at 2 p.m.
Fourteen agencies are participating in this year’s event as we remember the officers who have fallen in the line of duty in the Roanoke Valley, including from the Salem Police Department: Patrolman Russell McCurry, Patrolman William H. Thompson, and Patrolman Harry Willard Darnall.
A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
