Photos: Catawba District Spring Camporee
Over 100 Scouts from the Catawba District camped and competed in Olympic-style games at the Catawba District Spring Camporee “Catawba Strong” April 13-15 at Green Hill Park.
Orville Gates, activities director for Catawba District, coordinated the event. The focus was on promoting fitness. Boy Scout troops from the district participated in activities ranging from a shortened marathon to shot put.
