Photos: Salem city schools’ bus drivers show support for AJ Leffler
The Salem city schools’ bus drivers and “Friends of AJ” held a lunch for Salem City employees on Friday, April 27 and raised about $1,300.
“It was a great success,” said Vicky Cooper-Smith. “The bus drivers are very busy preparing for our second lunch on 5/18 and our Pancake Breakfast on 5/19. Everyone has worked so hard. Also our t-shirts and wristbands are moving well. These are our last events before school lets out for the summer. We are also planning a benefit at Awful Arthurs on 6/28 and many things in the planning stage for the fall.”

“Next battle…Pancake Breakfast at ALMS on Saturday, May 19 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. $5 per person or $20 per family and the city of Salem bus drivers are selling tickets, too.”
