Roanoke Valley CrossFit to host first-ever Southwest Virginia Fit Games on Saturday, July 14
Recognized as a community leader in fitness and nutrition training, Roanoke Valley CrossFit will host the first-ever Southwest Virginia Fit Games on Saturday, July 14 in Salem. Inspired by the nationally televised CrossFit Games, RVCF co-founders Andy Beedle and Tim Falke have invited all interested athletes to compete in a daylong CrossFit challenge where division winners will be crowned Southwest Virginia’s Fittest athletes.
WHAT: RVCF hosting the 1st Annual Southwest Virginia Fit Games
WHO: Athletes from across Southwest Virginia, from Blacksburg to Harrisonburg have committed to compete.
WHEN: Saturday, July 14, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
