Leading area medical practice is invaluable partner in healthcare education

Blue Ridge Pain Management has been recognized for their continued support of employee education by being named a Distinguished Community Employer by the Roanoke Valley Campus of National College.

Blue Ridge Pain Management has worked closely with National College in the training, educating, and hiring of students and graduates for many years. Certified Medical Assistant Richard Ingraham, a Roanoke Valley Campus graduate and instructor, currently works for Blue Ridge Pain Management, along with four additional National graduates. Richard assists Dr. Marc Swanson and Dr. George Baylor with selecting National College students for externship opportunities and facilitating a hands-on clinical and administrative learning experience.

National College students are enhancing their skills to enter in the workforce and fill jobs that are in high demand in their local communities. Support from area employers like Blue Ridge Pain Management is crucial in helping students achieve their career goals.
