Rachel Millirons, 11, a sixth-grader at Glenvar Middle School, ran in her first 5K last Saturday, Nov. 10. It was the inaugural Jefferson College of Health Sciences 5k Riverside Run & Wellness Walk. She was so excited as she finished 1st in her 11-14 female age group and 17th overall with a time of 24:06!
