Holiday lights: 50,000 lights on Page Street
The Roanoke Times is once again inviting people with big displays of Christmas lights to enter them in an online database of the best and brightest in Western Virginia.
And this year, there’s a twist: A contest!
Enter by December 5 (umm, that’s today!) and become eligible. We have details here and the complete list of lit-up locations here.
Among those is one from Salem:

What visitors will see: There are over 50,000 lights, multi blow ups, arches down the driveway set yo music
Display times: 5pm to 10pm 7 days a week
