Photos: Gingerbread Festival 2012

Tons of vendors, a rotating line-up of live musicians, a bounce house, sugary sweet confections and more: the Gingerbread Festival took over the Carriage House (offices to the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce) at Longwood Park again this year.

Girl Scout Troop 812 was back again helping to man the crafting booth. The troop volunteers with the Chamber often throughout the year, and created one of the gingerbread submissions this year. (See photos of all the submissions here.) You can click through our slideshow above, or see photos with captions by clicking here.
