Salem High School’s James Willis debuted the 2012-13 wrestling season at the Staunton River tournament. Willis, who wrestles 285 pounds, is a senior at Salem. He has wrestled in VHSL State matches twice.

“I have been wrestling for six years. I would like to go on to wrestle in college and maybe one day in the Olympics,” said the beastly Willis. He won the 285 lb. Class at the Staunton River “River Rumble” on Dec. 1, 2012.
