Traffic alert: Route 643 in Roanoke County to close for paving Dec. 15-16
As part of the ongoing construction on Route 11/460 in Roanoke County, paving is scheduled on Route 643 (Daugherty Road) near the intersection of Route 11 for Saturday, Dec. 15 and Sunday, Dec. 16.
Route 643 will be closed to traffic while the paving is in progress. Signs will be in place directing traffic to Route 777 (Fort Lewis Church Road).
Work will begin Saturday at 9 a.m. and will continue through the night into Sunday until the work is completed.
