Dr. Robert Strong to give talk about presidential leadership at Roanoke College on Jan. 29
On Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 7:30 p.m. in Wortmann Ballroom at Roanoke College, Dr. Robert Strong will give a talk, entitled “The Role of Loyalty in Presidential Leadership: the Case of George H. W. Bush”.
Dr. Strong, presidential scholar and Provost at Washington and Lee University, will discuss his views of presidential leadership. The talk is based on original research that Dr. Strong has conducted in preparation for publishing a new biography on President George H. W. Bush.
The event is sponsored by Henry H. and Trudye H. Fowler Endowed Chair, the Department of Public Affairs and the Turk Pre-Law Program.
