How We Helped
A single mom was out of work for a month. Her 18 year old daughter has a job as a waitress but only earns about $400 a month. The mother is back to work now but they needed help catching up with the rent.
We helped a single dad with an 18 year old son. The dad lost his job and is waiting for his unemployment to start; the son has a job working part-time at a restaurant. They needed help with the electric bill.
A single woman just started dialysis twice a week and unable to work. She is spending more money on gas and medication because of the treatments and didn’t have enough to pay her electric.
