Emily Taylor has earned Rookie Pitcher of the Week in USA South. She is a 2012 graduate of Salem High School, and now attends Ferrum College. She made three appearances during the Emory University Invitational in Atlanta on Feb. 16-17, posting a 1-1 record. She pitched 13 innings and allowed three earned runs on 12 hits with four walks and eight strikeouts.
