Primary and elementary classes will be open for observation from 9-11 a.m.

Parents interested in finding out more about an authentic Montessori education in the Roanoke Valley are invited to attend an open house at Salem Montessori School. Morning classes for primary (ages 3-6) and elementary (ages 6-12) students will be in session for observation of lesson plans and Montessori work.

The open house will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28 from 9 to 11 a.m. on the primary/elementary campus, located at 101 Corporate Blvd in Salem, beside the Salem YMCA. Please parents/guardians only for this open house, no children.

Salem Montessori School is a member of American Montessori Society and the International Montessori Council, adhering to the educational principles of Maria Montessori. Children are loved, respected and well-educated in a healthy, safe, home-like environment. Exploration and discovery are encouraged in experience-based lessons.
