What caught my eye: If the low temperatures weren’t bad enough, the wind made Friday almost unbearable.
Donna braved the cold with only sheer tights. Her boots probably helped a bit, but it was her lovely high-collared red coat that looked the warmest, adding some much needed color to such a grim day.
