What caught my eye: I have a lot of friends outside of our area who educate me in the ever-growing street wear culture. Until this point, I haven’t run into a single person who pulls off this style in the way I find to be on par with the masses in Southwest Virginia. Street wear – unlike the baggy sagging pants, oversized t-shirt style most people relate to these words – is actually just as tailored and well thought-out as its more traditional, suited counterpart. There is a lot of overlap in the street wear scene that most don’t realize.
