What caught my eye: When I first saw Emily’s outfit, I was immediately drawn to her neckline.

I really loved the subtleties of her sheer blouse, the way it was cut all the way up to the neck, but with a few buttons undone showing just enough of her gold necklace. Not too modest, but not even close to being inappropriate.

Her dark navy blue pencil skirt was the perfect fit and had a great texture to it, adding a bit more detail to such a simple look. Emily’s little gold bag was super chic as well. I loved pretty much everything about this.

What caught my eye: Brian was defiantly on point with summer trends. Plaid shirts have been very popular the last couple years for summer wear, and chinos like his gray ones here have really taken over jeans for the warm months. The suspenders and his bracelets were great details tying the whole look together.

What caught my eye: I’ve said it before, I love a good pair of shoes. I was gathering my things before getting out of my car to walk around downtown. I saw Ashton’s shoes, jumped out of my car as fast as I could and ran down the street to catch up to her. I really like black contrasted with denim jackets, its a look several of my friends pull off quite often. Since taking this photo I’ve been noticing a black suede shoes in different styles around the area. This might be a trend so I’ll be looking out for.

What caught my eye: I first saw Michelle crossing the street around Campbell Avenue and Jefferson Street, but she must have dipped into a store because I started circling the block looking for her. Luckily I found her on her way back to work a few minutes later.

It’s funny she mentioned her style is influenced by style seen on the streets of New York City, because I felt Michelle’s look really had that understated refinement I often see when visiting and shooting street style in New York.

I often tell friends, great style is something you learn over time, once you master it you don’t have to work at it anymore. Michelle has mastered her style for sure.

What caught my eye: Caley and Rosey looked like a music duo, taking a casual stroll after sound checks before their show. I’m pretty certain they aren’t in a band but their style was impeccable and favored each other so well.

This was one of those street style moments that make me really love my job.

What caught my eye: I thought Christina’s look was a great mix of classic neutrals with that added pop of orange. Surprisingly, I decided to stop her because I liked the cross pin on her cardigan; I didn’t realize she was just representing the Red Cross in her wardrobe. Just a great spring look here.

What caught my eye: This is what I have once called the “prep uniform.” It’s a good go-to look that almost every guy can pull off. The pink flamingos on the bowtie and matching gingham pocket square is really the centerpiece of this look.
