March 10, 2008Appalachian Power plans involve S.W. CountyAppalachian Power is presenting plans that include a new substation in Southwest County. The company, which hopes to energize the new facilities in 2010, will gather public comments at an open meeting Tuesday, March 25, 5 to 8 p.m. at Green Valley Elementary School, 3838 Overdale Road.
