Fuel spill shuts southbound ramp on 220 at Electric Road

This just in: The southbound ramp to Electric Road from U.S. 220 in Roanoke is closed because of a diesel spill, the Virginia Department of Transportation said.
We don't have much more, but when we get more, we'll update things here.
