The "Queen of Needlepoint" still reigns

Needle on the Square in Southwest Roanoke County has closed, but Yarn Explosion has opened on Airport Road in Roanoke -- and two women from Southwest Roanoke County are still involved. Mary Camper of Southwest Roanoke County will be teaching a sock class. And Betty Kang, who formerly ran Needle in the Square, and whom the new owners call the "Queen of Needlepoint,” will be blocking needle works. For more details, click here.
