Photos: Lisa and Billy Luqui visit China

Lisa Luqiu and Billy Luqiu visit China for their summer vacation almost every year. This year was no different, they decided to visit the Province of Xinjiang this summer. Just two days ago, they left the city of Urumqi where there have just been a riot on Sunday. They think Xinjiang is like heaven and can not believe it can sprout such violence. But the people living in Xinjiang are very different from one another. They come from different places, speak different languages, and believe in different religions. It is easy to see how their difference might cause conflict. Billy Luqiu (8 years old) goes to Penn Forest Elementary. Lisa Luqiu (18 years old) just graduated from Cave Spring High School and will be attending VCU this fall.
