MIDLOTHIAN –– Forest’s Zachary Bauchou, 13, shot a final round 3-under-par 69 to win the 12-13 year-old boys division as the 3rd Virginia State Golf Association Youth Championship concluded today at Independence Golf Club. The event included boys and girls, ages 13-and-under.

After firing a first day score of 8-under 144, Bauchou completed play at 11-under 133 to win the 12-13 age division by six shots.

Bauchou was the only participant to shoot two rounds in the 60s.
